Our jewelry is made from 9k gold, sterling silver and brass.
Sterling silver does have a tendancy to oxidize over time if not worn very often. It can easily be cleaned with a bit of silver polish though we recommend wearing your pieces regularly to prevent tarnish.
Brass will naturally develop a patina over time and though we love this look, if you prefer it shiny please keep your pieces in an airtight container when not wearing them. Also avoid wearing your pieces in the shower, swimming pool or ocean. You can also use a gentle brass cleaner if you would like to bring the piece back to it's shiny state.
Although we do not accept refunds, we will glady issue an exchange for a different style, size or store credit. Please contact email@example.com within 7 days of delivery to be issued a return authorization. All items must be returned in unused condition in the original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping fees are non refundable and return shipping must be done at the customer's expense. All returns must be shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.
If you receive an item that has been damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. All damages must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Please understand that every item is handmade and made to order. This means it may take 2-3 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. We thank you for supporting small businesses.
We ship twice a week via Poste Italiane. Domestic shipping usually arrives within 3-5 days of shipping. International orders are shipped using Priority mail and will usually take 2 weeks to arrive but can also take up to 3-4 weeks. All orders are shipped with tracking and you will recieve an email when with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all taxes or tariffs that may be imposed at the time of delivery.
